The Vanlue Wildcats baseball squad (Vanlue, OH), was overwhelmed 16-1 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets (Rawson, OH)

With the triumph, Cory-Rawson moves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Fighting Hornets host Ada (Ada, OH) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 2. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 2-0. Ada won 5-4 in their recent non-league battle against Bluffton (Bluffton, OH)

Next, the Wildcats face the Gibsonburg Golden Bears (Gibsonburg, OH) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 2. Vanlue will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Golden Bears enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 17-3 non-league win over Cardinal Stritch (Oregon, OH).
