California High School Baseball - Taft loses to McLane

In Monday's non-league bout, the McLane Highlanders (Fresno, CA) baseball squad the host Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA), by a score of 8-4.

Next up, the Highlanders encounter the Torres Toros (Madera, CA) in a North Yosemite bout, on Wednesday, April 8. McLane will attempt to advance on its 7-9 season record. The Toros enter the bout with a 8-8 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Washington Union (Fresno, CA).

With the defeat, Taft drops to 7-10 on the year. The Wildcats host Minarets (O'Neals, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 31.
