Ohio High School Softball - Mapleton bounces Firelands

The Mapleton Mounties softball team scored 18 runs and held the host Firelands Falcons to 0 in the Mounties non-league win on Monday.
The Mounties now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Black River for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 4.
With the loss, Firelands moves to 0-3 on the season. The Falcons host Midview (Grafton, OH) to meet the Middies in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 31. The Middies enter the challenge with a record of 1-2.
