Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Perry Pirates (Perry, OH) and the visiting Elkhorn Elks (Elkhorn, WI), saw Perry's baseball squad knock off Elkhorn by a count of 6-2.

Coming up next, the Pirates play the West Geauga Wolverines (Chesterland, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Chagrin battle, on Monday, April 4. Perry will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Wolverines enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Kent, OH).

The Elks now possess a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Park for a non-league battle on Friday, April 1. Elkhorn will play a Eagles squad coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Olentangy Liberty (Powell, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
