The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Niles Notre Dame Dons (Niles, IL) and the visiting Northside Mustangs (Chicago, IL), saw Niles Notre Dame's volleyball squad beat Northside by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Niles Notre Dame upgrades its record to 4-5 on the year. The Dons travel to Marist (Chicago, IL) to play the RedHawks in a East Suburban Catholic bout on Monday, April 4. The RedHawks go into the bout with a record of 7-0. Marist won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL)
The Mustangs now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Mather for a Chicago Public Red - North bout on Friday, April 1. Northside will play a Rangers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to North Grand (Chicago, IL). The Rangers record now stands at 2-3.
