Highland Hornets (Medina, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Keystone Wildcats (La Grange, OH), 7-5 in a league battle.

The Hornets now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Canton Central Catholic for a Region 5 battle on Saturday, April 2. Highland will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 14-9 non-league win over South (Willoughby, OH). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-1.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Westlake Demons (Westlake, OH) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 2. Keystone will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Demons come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 8-7 league win over Bay (Bay Village, OH).
