Bennington Badgers (Bennington, NE) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Schuyler Warriors (Schuyler, NE), 4-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Badgers confront the Mount Michael Benedictine Knights (Elkhorn, NE) in a B3 challenge, on Friday, April 1. Bennington will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Skutt Catholic (Omaha, NE).
The Warriors now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crete for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 5. Schuyler will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lexington (Lexington, NE). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-2.
