The Buchanan Bears softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Hanford Bullpups to 2 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Buchanan moves its record to 11-3 on the year. The Bears travel to Clovis East (Clovis, CA) to clash with the Timberwolves in a Tri-River game on Tuesday, April 5. The Timberwolves come into the game with a record of 5-5. Clovis East lost 6-2 in their recent non-league game against Madera (Madera, CA)
In their next game, the Bullpups clash with the El Diamante Miners (Visalia, CA) in a West Yosemite game, on Tuesday, April 5. Hanford will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Miners come into the game with a 8-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Clovis (Clovis, CA).
