Dobyns-Bennett Indians (Kingsport, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting White House Blue Devils (White House, TN), 5-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Ridge for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 31. Dobyns-Bennett will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 9-3 league loss to Science Hill (Johnson City, TN). The Wolves record now stands at 1-9.

With the loss, White House falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Macon-East Montgomery Academy (Cecil, AL) to battle the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 1. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Macon-East Montgomery Academy won 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Southern Academy (Greensboro, AL)
