The Amite Warriors baseball team (Amite, LA), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Block Bears (Jonesville, LA)
The Bears now hold a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they host Madison for a non-league outing on Monday, April 3. Block will face a Jaguars team coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Sicily Island (Sicily Island, LA). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-1.
Next, the Warriors face the Albany Hornets (Albany, LA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 3. Amite will attempt to advance on its 0-13 season record. The Hornets enter the outing with a 8-10 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA).
