The Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA) volleyball overcame the host Morro Bay Pirates (Morro Bay, CA), 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Buchanan upgrades its record to 10-13 on the year. The Bears travel to Bullard (Fresno, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league outing on Friday, March 31. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 17-8. Bullard won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Madera (Madera, CA)

The Pirates now own a 7-17 record. They play next when they travel to St. Joseph for a non-league outing on Friday, March 31. Morro Bay will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Mission Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Knights record now stands at 15-1.
