In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Evangelical Christian Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 victory over the Pope John Paul II Knights.
The Eagles now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ensworth for a non-league test on Saturday, April 1. Evangelical Christian will face a Tigers squad coming off a 13-5 non-league loss to Baylor (Chattanooga, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
In their next game, the Knights face the Loveland Tigers (Loveland, OH) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 3. Pope John Paul II will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 21-2 non-league loss to Montgomery Bell Academy (Nashville, TN).
