The Oviedo Lions lacrosse team scored 11 points and held the host Lake Howell Silver Hawks to 7 in the Lions non-league win on Friday.
The Lions (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Lake Brantley (Altamonte Springs, FL). The Patriots go into the 2A D4 game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Lake Brantley nudged Boone (Orlando, FL), 12-8, in a non-league game.
The Silver Hawks (10-4) will now prepare for their game against Forest (Ocala, FL). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Forest nudged Leon (Tallahassee, FL), 13-12, in a non-league game.
