The Central Heights Vikings (Richmond, KS) softball routed the visiting Lyndon Tigers (Lyndon, KS), 10-3 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Lebo (Lebo, KS). The Wolves go into the non-league bout with a 6-0 record. In their last bout, Lebo held off Marais des Cygnes Valley (Melvern, KS), 18-6, in a league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Osage City for a Flint Hills bout on Thursday, April 6. Lyndon will confront a Indians squad coming off a 6-0 league win over West Franklin (Pomona, KS). The Indians record now stands at 3-1.
