The North Point Eagles softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Lackey Chargers to 1 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, North Point moves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Patuxent (Lusby, MD) to clash with the Panthers in a Southern Maryland game on Monday, April 3. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 3-3. Patuxent lost 12-1 in their recent league game against Northern (Owings, MD)

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) in a Southern Maryland game, on Monday, April 3. Lackey will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Cavaliers come into the game with a 4-0 record after their 9-3 league win over Chopticon (Morganza, MD).
