The Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) baseball the visiting St. Michael's Horsemen (Santa Fe, NM), 5-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Jaguars now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they host Eldorado for a 5A District 2 challenge on Saturday, April 5. Capital will clash with a Golden Eagles team coming off a 16-0 non-league win over West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 10-5.
With the defeat, St. Michael's drops to 8-5 on the year. The Horsemen host Bosque (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 3. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Bosque lost 22-7 in their recent league challenge against New Mexico Military Institute (Roswell, NM)
