The Castor Tigers (Castor, LA) baseball trounced the visiting Ringgold Redskins (Ringgold, LA), 13-3 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weston for a B District 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 1. Castor will clash with a Wolves team coming off a 18-2 non-league win over Calvin (Calvin, LA). The Wolves record now stands at 15-7.
With the defeat, Ringgold drops to 4-9 on the year. The Redskins travel to Jonesboro-Hodge (Jonesboro, LA) to clash with the Tigers in a 1A District 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 9-5.
