The New Franklin Bulldogs baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Madison Panthers to 3 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Monday.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie Home for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 2.

With the defeat, Madison drops to 1-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Missouri Military Academy (Mexico, MO) to play the Fighting Colonels in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1. The Fighting Colonels go into the test with a record of 0-2. Missouri Military Academy lost 19-3 in their recent non-league test against Versailles (Versailles, MO)
