Nebraska High School Baseball - Gretna nips Skutt Catholic

The Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) baseball got by the visiting Skutt Catholic SkyHawks (Omaha, NE), 4-3 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Dragons now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln Southeast for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 2. Gretna will clash with a Knights team coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Grand Island (Grand Island, NE). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Skutt Catholic drops to 1-3 on the year. The Skyhawks host Millard West (Omaha, NE) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Millard West won 7-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE)
