Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Pueblo East Eagles (Pueblo, CO) and the visiting Widefield Gladiators (Colorado Springs, CO), saw Pueblo East's soccer squad hold off Widefield by a score of 4-3.

The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pueblo County (Pueblo, CO). The Hornets enter the 4A/3A South Central battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Pueblo County Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO), 1-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Gladiators confront the Pueblo South Colts (Pueblo, CO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Widefield will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Colts enter the battle with a 0-4 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO).
