The Catonsville Comets lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the host Mount St. Joseph Gaels to 8 in the Comets non-league triumph on Monday.
The Comets now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Urbana for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22.
With the loss, Mount St. Joseph falls to 1-4 on the year. The Gaels travel to St. Paul's (Brooklandville, MD) to clash with the Crusaders in a challenge on Thursday, April 3. The Crusaders go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
