The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) and the host Rancho Bernardo Broncos (San Diego, CA), observed El Capitan's softball team prevail over Rancho Bernardo by a tally of 20-8.
The Vaqueros (9-3) will now prepare for their bout against Santana (Santee, CA). The Sultans go into the bout with a 7-1 record. In their last bout, Santana knocked off University City (San Diego, CA), 13-4, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, April 9. Rancho Bernardo will attempt to advance on its 1-10 season record.
