The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ) and the visiting Mesa Jackrabbits (Mesa, AZ), observed Gilbert's softball team prevail over Mesa by a tally of 33-5.

The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ). The Black Hawks enter the game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Williams Field topped Dobson (Mesa, AZ), 16-7, in a non-league game.

The Jackrabbits now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Mountain View for a game on Tuesday, April 8.
