In Monday's non-league contest, the host South Brunswick Vikings lacrosse squad scored a good 17-4 triumph over the St. John-Vianney Lancers.
The Vikings (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Sayreville (Parlin, NJ). The Bombers go into the Greater Middlesex contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Sayreville knocked off Brick Township (Brick, NJ), 18-2, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Lancers meet the Brick Memorial Mustangs (Brick, NJ) in a Shore A - South contest, on Wednesday, April 2. St. John-Vianney will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Toms River North (Toms River, NJ).
