The Blazer Tomcats (Ashland, KY) softball nipped the host IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL), 7-6 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Tomcats now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tri-County North for a non-league outing on Monday, March 31. Blazer will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 8-0 league win over National Trail (New Paris, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 2-2.
