The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) and the visiting Southview Cougars (Sylvania, OH), observed Clyde's softball team get by Southview by a tally of 4-2.

The Fliers (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Vermilion (Vermilion, OH). The Sailors go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Vermilion by Bellevue (Bellevue, OH), 23-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH) in a Northern Lakes bout, on Wednesday, April 2. Southview will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Mason (Mason, OH).
