Eastern Lebanon County Raiders (Myerstown, PA) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Lebanon Cedars (Lebanon, PA), 16-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Eastern Lebanon County upgrades its record to 9-0 on the year. The Raiders host Cocalico (Denver, PA) to play the Eagles in a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 3 game on Wednesday, April 2. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 2-3. Cocalico lost 11-0 in their recent non-league contest against Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, PA)

The Cedars now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Ephrata for a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 2 contest on Wednesday, April 2. Lebanon will face a Mountaineers squad coming off a 14-9 non-league win over J.P. McCaskey (Lancaster, PA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 3-3.
