With the triumph, St. Marys improves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to Ritchie County (Ellenboro, WV) to play the Rebels in a Little Kanawha game on Wednesday, April 2. The Rebels enter the game with a record of 4-1. Ritchie County won 12-0 in their recent league game against Williamstown (Williamstown, WV)

The Cadets now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Marietta for a East Central Ohio game on Thursday, April 3. Fort Frye will play a Tigers squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Frontier (New Matamoras, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
