The Oregon Hawks triumphed over the visiting Milledgeville Missiles softball squad by a count of 16-8 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Hawks meet the Freeport Pretzels (Freeport, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Oregon will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Pretzels enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 21-3 non-league loss to Dakota (Dakota, IL).
The Missiles (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against West Carroll (Savanna, IL). The Thunder enter the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, West Carroll was routed by Earlville (Earlville, IL), 12-2, in a non-league challenge.
