Illinois High School Softball - Prospect gets by Saint Viator

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) and the visiting Saint Viator Lions (Arlington Heights, IL), observed Prospect's softball team get by Saint Viator by a final score of 7-6.
The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL). The Spartans go into the non-league bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, Glenbrook North was nipped by Mountain Home (Mountain Home, AR), 7-4, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Lions battle the St. Edward Green Wave (Elgin, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 3. Saint Viator will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Green Wave go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL).
