Illinois High School Baseball - Salt Fork loses to St. Thomas More

St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL) followers left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL), 12-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, St. Thomas More moves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Sabers travel to Schlarman (Danville, IL) to play the Hilltoppers in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 1. The Hilltoppers come into the match with a record of 0-3. Schlarman lost 13-9 in their recent non-league match against Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL)

The Storm now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Danville for a non-league match on Thursday, April 2. Salt Fork will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Mt. Zion (Mt. Zion, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 0-6.
