Selah Vikings (Selah, WA) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Davis Pirates (Yakima, WA), 27-0 in a non-league match.

The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Ephrata (Ephrata, WA). The Tigers come into the 2A CWAC match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Ephrata was routed by East Valley (Yakima, WA), 13-6, in a league match.

In their next game, the Pirates confront the Eastmont Wildcats (East Wenatchee, WA) in a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 match, on Friday, April 3. Davis will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 7-2 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Glacier Peak (Snohomish, WA).
