The Brantley County Herons baseball team (Nahunta, GA), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA)
The Terrors now hold a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Effingham for a AAAAAA Region 2 outing on Monday, March 7. Glynn Academy will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 21-0 non-league win over Jenkins (Savannah, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-1.
Next, the Herons confront the Charlton County Indians (Folkston, GA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 7. Brantley County will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 6-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Clinch County (Homerville, GA).
