The Era Hornets the visiting S & S Consolidated Rams baseball team by a count of 8-4 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Collinsville for a 2A Region II District 11 bout on Tuesday, March 8. Era will face a Pirates team coming off a 17-1 non-league loss to Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 1-3.
Next, the Rams face the Bowie Jackrabbits (Bowie, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 10. S & S Consolidated will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record.
