The Hopewell Titans baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Olympic Trojans to 1 in the Titans non-league victory on Friday.
The Titans (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Independence was overwhelmed by Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC), 12-2, in a non-league match.
The Trojans (1-2) will now prepare for their match against East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, East Mecklenburg was overwhelmed by South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 9-2, in a non-league match.
