The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Polytechnic Panthers (Pasadena, CA) and the visiting North Saxons (Torrance, CA), saw Polytechnic's volleyball squad nip North by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Polytechnic upgrades its record to 3-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Friday, March 4. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Village Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel, CA)

The Saxons now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to San Marino for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 5. North will play a Titans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Providence (Burbank, CA). The Titans record now stands at 4-2.
