Seymour Eagles (Seymour, TN) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Briarcrest Christian Saints (Eads, TN), 13-12 in a non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Dobyns-Bennett for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 9. Seymour will face a Indians squad coming off a 17-0 non-league loss to William Blount (Maryville, TN). The Indians record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Saints face the Farragut Admirals (Knoxville, TN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 5. Briarcrest Christian will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record.
