The Catawba Ridge Copperheads held off the host Sun Valley Spartans soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Friday's non-league match.
The Copperheads now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to River Bluff for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 8. Catawba Ridge will encounter a Gators squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC). The Gators record now stands at 1-1.
