In Friday's non-league test, the host Centennial Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-12 victory over the Northern Guilford Nighthawks.
The Knights now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Norman for a non-league test on Saturday, March 5. Centennial will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
In their next game, the Nighthawks face the Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC) in a Metro test, on Monday, March 7. Northern Guilford will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
