In Friday's non-league battle, the Mater Dei Monarchs (Santa Ana, CA) lacrosse squad the host Palo Verde Panthers (Las Vegas, NV), by a count of 9-5.

Coming up next, the Monarchs clash with the Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 5. Mater Dei will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Gaels go into the match with a 1-0 record after their 11-8 non-league win over Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ).

The Panthers (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV). The Crusaders go into the SNLA match with a 2-1 record.
