The East Webster Wolverines softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Ethel Tigers to 6 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, East Webster moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Bruce (Bruce, MS) to clash with the Trojans in a 2A Region 4 game on Tuesday, March 29. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 2-3.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Choctaw County Chargers (Ackerman, MS) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 7. Ethel will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Chargers go into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Ethel (Ethel, MS).
