The Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks softball team (Tucson, AZ), was routed 9-2 in Friday's non-league test with the host Sunnyside Blue Devils (Tucson, AZ)

Coming up next, the Blue Devils encounter the Catalina Foothills Falcons (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 7. Sunnyside will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 4-3 record after their 12-4 non-league win over Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ).

The Nighthawks (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ). The Lancers come into the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Salpointe Catholic edged Cienega (Vail, AZ), 19-1, in a non-league test.
