California High School Softball - Laguna Creek topped by Rosemont

In Friday's league contest, the Rosemont Wolverine (Sacramento, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Laguna Creek Cardinals (Elk Grove, CA), by a margin of 12-2.

With the triumph, Rosemont moves its record to 1-3 on the year. The Wolverine travel to Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA) to play the Rams in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 5. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 1-1. Casa Roble lost 6-0 in their recent non-league contest against Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA)

In their next game, the Cardinals play the Granite Bay Grizzlies (Granite Bay, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 7. Laguna Creek will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Grizzlies come into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Inderkum (Sacramento, CA).
