North Mesquite Stallions (Mesquite, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Pearce Mustangs (Richardson, TX), 14-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Stallions now own a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Highlands for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 4. North Mesquite will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 17-2 non-league loss to South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Pearce falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX) to battle the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 4. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 10-0. South Grand Prairie won 15-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Poteet (Mesquite, TX)
