Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Manatee Hurricanes (Bradenton, FL) and the host Bartow Yellow Jackets (Bartow, FL), saw Manatee's baseball squad knock off Bartow by a count of 6-2.

Coming up next, the Hurricanes play the Riverview Sarasota Rams (Sarasota, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 7. Manatee will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Rams enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Port Charlotte (Port Charlotte, FL).

The Yellow Jackets now possess a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Key West for a non-league battle on Friday, March 10. Bartow will play a Conchs squad coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to West Broward (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Conchs record now stands at 2-2.
