The West Mesa Mustangs crushed the visiting Silver Fighting Colts baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Manzano for a non-league bout on Friday, March 10. West Mesa will face a Monarchs team coming off a 10-4 non-league loss to Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Monarchs record now stands at 2-4.

In their next game, the Fighting Colts battle the Robertson Cardinals (Las Vegas, NM) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 9. Silver will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
