The Emporia Spartans basketball team (Emporia, KS), was overwhelmed 55-29 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Andover Trojans (Andover, KS)

The Trojans now possess a 20-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maize South for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 9. Andover will confront a Mavericks team coming off a 53-49 non-league win over Andover Central (Andover, KS). The Mavericks record now stands at 19-3.
