Notre Dame Spartans (East Stroudsburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Forest City Foresters (Forest City, PA), 58-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Notre Dame upgrades its record to 13-10 on the season. The Spartans host Mount Calvary Christian (Elizabethtown, PA) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, March 10. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 20-8. Mount Calvary Christian won 66-62 in their recent non-league bout against High Point Baptist Academy (Geigertown, PA)

Next up, the Foresters clash with the Northumberland Christian Warriors (Northumberland, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 10. Forest City will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 19-6 record after their 52-41 non-league loss to Sullivan County (Laporte, PA).
