The Palo Alto Vikings topped the visiting Pioneer Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Vikings now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Los Altos for a SCVAL - El Camino test on Wednesday, March 8. Palo Alto will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.
The Mustangs (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA). The Bears enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Menlo-Atherton was knocked off by Homestead (Cupertino, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
