California High School Basketball - Weed thwarts Ferndale

The Weed Cougars (Weed, CA) basketball knocked off the host Ferndale Wildcats (Ferndale, CA), 38-26 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cougars (22-11) will now prepare for their test against Cornerstone Christian (Antioch, CA). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 23-10 record. In their last test, Cornerstone Christian notched a victory over Faith Christian (Yuba City, CA), 64-60, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 21-9 record.
